We have all experienced moments where we let fear, doubt, or just negative thinking get in the way of what we should really be doing. In those moments where you are complaining about things that aren’t going right, shift your focus to another area that you can work on. If you hit a roadblock, plan for the next route you will take and look for signs so you don’t encounter the same issues. Don’t complex the situation, just take it step by step. Whatever you don’t understand, make note of it and research it. These things sound simple, but in our weakest or most vulnerable moments, those thoughts disappear. Spend your time wisely.
